图形化UI界面支持(Web UI support with soar)

使用了一下希望可以改进： 1.增加图形界面直接链接数据库 2.二进制的麻烦也提供mac版本，这样可以节省编译成本，让用户尽快上手这个产品

关于Mac兼容的binary，您可以直接下载soar.darwin-amd64，如果使用有什么问题请反馈给我们。

为了保证项目的独立完整性，图形界面功能目前soar项目中不会有进一步支持，后续会在个人项目中推出Sublime, VS Code等IDE插件，会在下周的小米运维公众号中讲解安装和使用方法。

也可以参考社区同学贡献的iysql等有工具的实现。
