from the readme homepage, I can not understand for what it is used. Maybe more useful introduce about this project is helpful.

Please elaborate more on what is missing at your first sight. I thought this project has enough information shown on the page, as long as you have known apache pegasus, and its architecture about what client libraries are used for.
