[ enhancement] Ozhera supports intelligent troubleshooting

Currently, Ozhera has made significant progress in observability within the "1-5" paradigm (detecting issues within one minute, locating issues within five minutes). We aim to extend its capabilities to resolve issues within ten minutes.

Internally at Xiaomi, we have experimented with Ozhera where, upon encountering an exception in a request, engineers can simply click next to the traceID in Ozhera's exception and slow query details. Ozhera will then provide information about the issues within that trace along with suggested solutions. This facilitates engineers in swiftly identifying and resolving problems. We also support engineers in inputting unfamiliar or peculiar exceptions, allowing Ozhera to provide solutions for those as well.

In the future, this more intelligent functionality will be open-sourced.
