除了重启，传感器的度数不更新

How to Reproduce / 复现步骤

1. 重启 HA
2. 重启完成后能够获取当前的温度、湿度
3. 观察，等待传感器温度变化
4. 回到 HA 查询对应的传感器读数，未更新到最新的温度
5. 重启 HA
6. 重启完成后能够获取最新的温度、湿度
7. 若温度发生变化，HA上不会更新

Expected Behavior / 预期结果

观察到温度变化后能够及时更新到 HA
