[Test] solid multi-resolution

Aim: test the behavior of solid multi-resolution simulation

  • [x] Use minimum smoothing length in time step size
  • [ ] Use smoothing_length_ / h_ratio in Integration1stHalf (maybe not necessary)
  • [ ] Modify random damping
