Added AutoHotkey scripts and readme for configuring Notepad2

As a "power user," I like to remap keys and activate or combine application functions with my own hotkeys. Since key mapping can't be changed in Notepad2, I wrote Autohotkey scripts to do them instead. They range from simple key reassignments to SendMessage calls to do some things I found useful.
