Setting: Racial emojis

Perhaps could be a good idea to set a favourite racial colour for emojis. This feature will be optional on «Settings» menu.

Racial emojis are coded with combination of unicode characters: code for emoji+code for colour. There are 6 colours (default and 5 racial colours):

• Yellow (default): code emoji
• Emoji modifier Fitzpatrick type 1-2: code emoji+\xF0\x9F\x8F\xBB
• Emoji modifier Fitzpatrick type 3: code emoji+\xF0\x9F\x8F\xBC
• Emoji modifier Fitzpatrick type 4: code emoji+\xF0\x9F\x8F\xBD
• Emoji modifier Fitzpatrick type 5: code emoji+\xF0\x9F\x8F\xBE
• Emoji modifier Fitzpatrick type 6: code emoji+\xF0\x9F\x8F\xBF

I think there are more important things to implement, but I like this idea, I love customization and being able to choose a facial colour could improve the user's positive response to the bot.
