URL tor trigger on/off

Hoe can I tigger the on/off command via a URL? I am running the /dev/ branch

I see that the ON/OFF button fires a JS Websocket Call.. Is there anyway to call this by a link like: http://IP:3000/DeviceID/ToggleOn
