Spotify is muted on startup.

I've added EZBlocker on startup but every time It starts Spotify is muted in Windows volume control. And It's not like I closed spotify or ezblocker or even shutdown the pc while an ad was playing. Therefore I don't think It's muting becuase of any previous states.

I fixed this in #215, but because it was not merged for a long time (the pull request is from 4.2.2020) I created EZBlocker3, if you want to have a look.
