EZBlocker does not close when spotify is closed

I added a shortcut, with EZBlocker and the option to open Spotify at start, at my taskbar. When it opens both programs start perfectly. But when i close spotify and reopen EZblocker the programm wont start spotify again. Can you reprogram it so if i close spotify with ezblocker still open spotify reopens when i start the exe again? Or make the program close itself when spotify is closed. That would be even better :) . Thanks

EzBlocker automatically stops when spotify is stopped. When you reopen EzBlocker, the program automatically reopens Spotify. Check that you DO NOT have the version of the Spotify Windows Store, and that you have ALWAYS run EzBlocker in administrator mode.

Why does it have to run in administrator mode, is it for it to mess my computer up?
