curl with ca info will always fail on mac yosemite

It may not be a bug of this example, we can consider add doc info here, or add some check in sample code and comment it.

ENV: mac os x version: 10.10.1 (14B25) php version: PHP 5.5.14 (cli) openssl version: OpenSSL 1.0.1i 6 Aug 2014

Reproduce: config this example and run private.php on apache+php
