Implement New CreditNote functionality

2.23 introduced the ability to allocate credit notes to invoices - http://developer.xero.com/v2-release-notes/.

This is not yet surfaced through the API. I plan on picking this up in the next 2-3 days if no one else is working on it.

Any news on this yet? I would really appreciate credit notes being added to the wrapper.

Hi David,

Unfortunately I've had to change priorities and won't be getting around to this for quite a while so we'll have to hope someone from Xero picks it up (unless you fancy giving it a go?).

I'm struggling to get my head around the logic for implementing it and I doubt Xero will pick it up, they seem rather stretched at the moment.

I've implemented this in my fork of the API.

Didn't take long. Code base is pretty easy to follow.

Now I need to work out how to get this back to your repo ...
