Device ID for Pushover messages is ignored

After the update to version 3.1.2 the messages get sent to all devices of the speciofied Pushover account, although a specific device id is specified. A downgrade to version 3.1.0 also did not help, although it worked fine before.

  • Adapter version: 3.1.2
  • JS-Controller version: 5.0.19
  • Node version: 18.19.0
