Telegram messages send twice

Describe the bug
I've configured two telegram users and enabled the messaging via telegram.

After the upgrade to v3.1.2 we receive every send telegram message twice. Also the testmessage is received twice.

To Reproduce
Configure Telegram and send a testmessage.

Expected behavior
No doubled messages

Versions:

  • Adapter version: v3.1.2
  • JS-Controller version: 5.0.17

Plattform: linux RAM: 3.7 GB Node.js: v18.17.1(18.19.1) NPM: 9.6.7(10.2.4)
