Dynamic output directory? [CLI]

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, if possible, make the crproj file output and basedir dynamic.

Describe the solution you'd like I am trying to make my program use yours with the crproj file, problem is, that I want to share my program so the output and basedir wont be the same. So I am suggesting to make the output dir and basedir dynamic.

Describe alternatives you've considered I haven't considered any alternatives, if you know any, please let me know.
