Add MSI support for vector

In https://github.com/XenitAB/terraform-modules/pull/791 we started using vector to follow azure eventhub and post it to stdout. Sadly vector currently don't support MSI.

Did:

  • To get rid of the secret add MSI support to vector and get it merged upstream.
  • Update our terraform to match.
