ingress-nginx metrics port update

In PR https://github.com/XenitAB/terraform-modules/pull/793, we are using the latest helm chat 4.2.5.

This PR contains a breaking change https://github.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/pull/8665/, we had an extra discussion in it and it will be reverted. But since we need to merge our PR now we will have to revert this change later.

So this is just a reminder of when the helm chart gets updated we need to revert those changes.
