Custom tag name support

Hello, We want to use node-ttl on AKS, but Azure have tag name limitation and as a result not allowing to add /

Solution will be to have an override parameter for tags:

• NodeTtlLabelKey
• ScaleDownDisabledKey
• PodSafeToEvictKey
