Feature Request : Add possibility to correct a mistake

Submited the wrong location for a legendary rapport, there was no way to correct the mistake and it seems it is impossible to submit a replacement where you have already submited.

This would be a nice feature I know once or twice I accidently clicked wrong region and had to enter a second

So originally this was an anti-troll measure, basically not allowing someone to delete and re-add, or fire multiple alerts.

I can probably look at this again at some point here, as some of the other features like accounts has done a better job at mitigating trolling, but I have to think the best way to handle it as I don't really want to "delete" a merchant record ideally.
