Merchants not appearing

I am not sure if this is a game bug, but this morning the website claimed that a heap of merchans should be there, but nobody reported locations.

Checked Yudia and West Luterra, the merchans were at none of the known locations. Reloaded website, and the server is correct.

Happened around 9:50 on 10th of Sept EDIT: 9:50 in UTC+1, Summer Time: Sat Sep 10 2022 07:50:00 GMT+0000 Sat Sep 10 2022 09:50:00 GMT+0200

Hey @cepeda696 , do you know what time/day this happened to you? Maybe amazon/smilegate changed appearance times of merchants during some hours of the day and we all first need to figure out the pattern

So comparing to https://lost-ark.maxroll.gg/resources/wandering-merchant-guide

I think the 8:30 AM spawn for "Schedule 1" did not happen on my server when I was logged in this morning... "Schedule 2" that also happens at 8:30 was fine. Unsure if this is consistent.

It looks like Schedule 1 did fire on other servers in NAE, or at least a few of those servers had merchants submitted with a couple upvotes.

No idea if this means it could now be server-specific or a bug. 🤔

There was an error with the time change in Chile of 1 hour, for that reason the merchants did not appear, 1 week later the correct modification of the time was made and now the merchants appear correctly.

Ah! @cepeda696 Do you have a source? Maybe the EU thing was something similar

Maybe check your local PC timezone? I got it wrong and I saw no NPCs respawning.

I assume that was meant for me: The server time in europe is off by 1 hours since months, they won't change it; But of course all ingame events relate to the ingame clock.

The actual timestamp was 9:50 in UTC+1, Summer Time: Unix: 1662796200 Sat Sep 10 2022 07:50:00 GMT+0000 Sat Sep 10 2022 09:50:00 GMT+0200

since the ingame time is off by -1, it was 8:50 ingame.

Both Malone and Lucas are in the screenshot, it must be the intersection of schedule 1 and 2 at 8:30 ingame time (according to maxroll).

The point of the bug report still stands: "Lost Merchant shows appearing merchants, but there are none ingame". However, I feel like it wasn't the website's fault but the game. I am fine with closing this one. If someone encounters this again, he/she/it could reopen
