Request: Auto-accept an immediate replacement suggestion from the original reporter

Allow the original reporter to adjust the information by auto-accepting their own replacement suggestion, if it's quick enough (before the votes come).

Explanation: I just reported a sighting but mistakenly provided wrong area.

Then immediately I proceeded to suggest replacement and selected the correct information, but that didn't go anywhere, even though there were no thumbs up/down yet. There weren't any players in the area to actually confirm it, I was first and only at that time (only channel too).
