After the introduction, usage/progression for total beginners is unclear
Maybe there isn't supposed to be one order, but rather just to find something that works? Or maybe it's just strictly a reference? In which case, maybe a summary of the various techniques would be good, as currently the idea of just reading through all of these articles is a little overwhelming.
I guess it also depends on what the reader wants out of meditation, other than hearing "it's good for you".
Actionable feedback, perhaps:
- "what do you if you're a total beginner" section in the introduction?
- maybe just point to one or two foundational articles to start with?
- maybe a one/two sentence summary per technique?
Although perhaps being browse-able isn't the necessarily goal, which is fair.
