What is temp installation directory?

I need to nuke previous downloaded Xcode.

I am getting this error but I am not able to see Xcode.app in current directory.

creating directory at ./Xcode.app/Contents failed: File exists

I am currently in Download folder where I unzipped xcodes binary.

It should be here: ~/Library/Application Support/com.robotsandpencils.xcodes
