Support renaming to Xcode.app or creating symlink on select

Is it possible to manage Xcode versions without version number suffix? I want to update Xcode to latest version and it should be always located at /Applications/Xcode.app and replaced during update

I would want this too, I don't really use more than one Xcode version at a time.

Updated the title to better reflect what I would like to see for this. Xcodes.app handles this by allowing renaming to Xcode.app as well as creating symlinks. Xcodes CLI should work similarly

I'm also very interested in this! I just noticed that XcodesApp already has that option, and I'm willing to bring this functionality to xcodes. I'm assuming this is still up for grabs, so I'll try to come up with something if that's ok
