Xcodes 3.0.2(34) doesn't show progress updates or installed state

Describe the bug When you tap the install button the UI doesn't update to show that it's downloading/unarchiving/installing. The only progress updates I got was using the notifications

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch Xcodes 3.0.2(34)
2. Tap Install
3. See no updates

Expected behavior It should show the different stages it goes through and also which versions are installed
