Add a menu item for Xcodes

It would be nice if there was a menu item for Xcodes, similar to the way JetBrains Toolbox works.

It provides a simple and convienent dropdown straight from the menu bar at the top of macOS where I can click to download, update, or uninstall an IDE. I can also access settings for the toolbox.

I've attached a screenshot below to show how it looks. The menu item here is the box shape in the middle of the toolbar:
