Provide a better error messages when user did not yet accepted Apple terms & conditions

Scenario:

• I have an apple account
• I did not yet accepted the terms & conditions

When I try to use CLI app I get an informative error message which helps me solve the problem:

While at the same time GUI XCodes app provides a very generic error message:

I think the GUI should reuse the error messages from the CLI version of the app.

Please consider adding a "Detailed logs..." option to the error dialog that would allow developers to quickly diagnose the issues.
