Platforms list doesn't auto-update or show progress for deletion

Describe the bug In Installed Platforms, the list doesn't automatically update if a platform was deleted or may have a deleted platform on it, resulting in an error with a message like "Unable to find xyz platform" (Can't remember exact message, dismissed error too early). Additionally, I am able to keep selecting the delete action repeatedly.

Showing some sort of progress indicator would be good and updating the list when the platforms update.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Installed Platforms
• Delete a platform
• List does not update

Expected behavior List updates based on deleted platform(s).
