Option to manage configurations via a Config Profile

Tell us how we can improve Xcodes At an enterprise level, it would be beneficial to have the ability to manage the Xcodes settings via configuration profiles pushed from an MDM.

For example, in a managed environment it could help to forcibly disable the ability to automatically install new versions of Xcode and also de access to betas.
