MacOS 13.4.1 for M2 Can't install xcode 15-beta6

Describe the bug fail to install xcode15-beta6

To Reproduce

  1. open the xcodes and login
  2. install xcode15-beta6
  3. alert the error:"The operation couldn’t be completed. (ProcessExecutionError(process: <NSConcreteTask: 0x6000011fd720>, standardOutput: "", standardError: ""))"

Expected behavior install xcode 15-beta6 success
