Ability to pause aria2 download

I was in the middle of downloading Xcode, and I had to take a video call. I wanted to pause the download to maximize bandwidth. However, I could only cancel the entire download, so that's what I did.

If it's not too hard, would love to be able to pause the download and resume it later.

You could have closed Xcodes, which, when started downloading again, would've resumed, but we don't specifically support the pause/resume, only the "something happened lets try to resume the download where it left off" scenario.
