Support hierarchical display of actions in result browser

With deeply structured test cases result browsers can become quite unwieldy, making it hard to understand the exact flow of execution and nesting of different actions. Providing a way to nest actions from test cases and display them in a hierarchical way in the result browser would greatly improve overview of the overall test case structure.
