Remove "Free and open source" part from app description and first setup

Being free and open source doesn't affect app functionality in itself so I don't think the user needs to know that. The user can find out if the app is open source in many ways as well. For example, the user may see the GitHub button and check if it the app is open source or may get the app from a source where every app is open source.
