[Bug] time stamps are not preserved

Describe the bug Time stamps of files in Android/media for example are not backed up/restored properly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Back up Whatsapp (full backup)
2. restore
3. Pictures have new timestamps, they appear in different order in gallery

Expected behavior Timestamps should be restored as well

The backup software is also like this. The time of my game's save files is all messed up. This is the problem.
