@gkc is this something I should look at continuing work on? unit tests are another easy way for us to gain coverage of this, and unit tests are much easier...

Depending on my available time, I will try to start this for at_cli during PR 32.

To simplify the approach I will begin work on an at_args package which will help us accomplish this.

Working on this in PR43 alongside at_daemon
