Only log on console for files that fail check in passive mode

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My build logs are filled with a huge wall of text that is difficult to visually parse when there is a problem.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like there to be an option for the console command to only output on FAIL. This would be consistent with most other command line format checkers like fantomas.

Describe alternatives you've considered I don't know of any. We could do this with log levels, keeping the default as-is but doing some logging at minimal.
