Error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." when running on large solution.

I have a large solution with more than 360 XAML files spanning 36 projects. When I run the Xaml Styler for entire Solution I get the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." after formatting few XAML files. I am using Visual Studio 2022.
