Pull PCSX2 - cheats_ws.zip as part of RetroDECK configruation

In PCSX2: Widescreen patches are activated in the current stable and cooker configuration in RetroDECK but the patches are missing:

The widescreen hacks are here for PCSX2 (It would be good if RetroDeck pulled the latest version each time RetroDeck updates): https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/blob/master/bin/resources/cheats_ws.zip

It looks like PCSX2 should be able to read directly from the Zipfile so no extraction should be needed https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/search?q=cheats_ws

Edit: It also need to be pointed out correctly for the LibRetro Core of PSCX2
