Hide the "Place the roms here" message

When no gameds are found, instead to hard stop on a message telling to put the roms in the folder, show the users some media on how to install the games.

There could be an intro screen or a system named Manuals where the games are instead media files scraped with instructions. The system could be pointing to /app/retrodeck/manuals

Because if we got any default games (like even PortMaster or a welcome pack) the user might be unaware where to place the roms.
