FastForward modes

Implement in the Configurator a fast forward mode toggle, this option can be set on:

• OFF
• HOLD (default, hold the button pressed)
• TOGGLE (enable and disable it by pressing the button)

How it should work: When the option is edited it will swap the hotkey between the settings, because this hotkey is in the controller layout already can not be touched so.

• OFF: goes into RA and the SA emulators and deletes that hotkey bind for "hold" and "toggle"
• HOLD: goes into RA and the SA emulators and assigns the hotkey in the "hold" field and deletes it from "toggle" field
• TOGGLE: goes into RA and the SA emulators and assigns the hotkey in the "toggle" field and deletes it from "hold" field

A RetroDECK/all emulators reset should bring back the option to HOLD.

It also need to account if you do a reset on the emulator what is saved.

I don´t see a usecase where the slowmo is comfortable to kept holding it, I think it should be only toggleable.
