Hotkeys activation sound

Add the Configurator option to enable or disable sounds in the controller config.

• [ ] Add a setting in the config file
• [ ] Add a setting in the configurator
• [ ] When this setting is triggered it warns you to replace the controller config (in case you did manual edits)
• [ ] Once accepted it will trigger the script to update or install the controller config
• [ ] The script will now parse the config file and 'sed' the sound parts so at every update this config is evaluated and applied
