On their readme:

Configuration is in:

~/.supermodel/Config/Supermodel.ini

This is bad for us and not proper for Flatpak as they should be in /var/config in a flatpak environment, I opened an issue as we cannot release it in this state: https://github.com/flathub/com.supermodel3.Supermodel/issues/13
