PPSSPP flatpak don't trigger hotkeys

Right now we have mapped only ESC to open menu and not the rest of the functions as they don't work. There is a bug report over at the PPSSPP github

I have tried it on RetroDECK and PPSSPP standalone flatpak on my laptop. Same issue.

This is fixed now upstream and in the version we have now

They have added a new button as the old way was not working.

It now works. We need to populate the PPSSPP keys
