RetroDECK Add: MB Microvision emulation

Add the first portable game console with interchangeable cartridges to RD.

MVEM emulator works well to play these games.

What version? There looks like there are multiple forks?

Is it Linux native ?

I think I've used the one linked to on this site, and yes it's a Linux program. It has a nice interface showing the original cart on the handheld too.

I've also seen that MAME is supposed to support Microvision games, but I've never seen it working.
