Tool: Generate SCUMMVM files

SCUMMVM needs a tool to automagically generate the SCUMMVM files. Documentation: https://gitlab.com/es-de/emulationstation-de/-/blob/master/USERGUIDE.md#scummvm

NOTE: on AmeberELEC we got a script to generate ScummVM files, I may include it.

  • [ ] Adapt AmberELEC script
  • [ ] Include it in the tools section
