Add: Citron (Switch)

It would be great to see Citron be added as the primary switch emulator as it's currently in active development and taking steps to not make the same mistakes as previous switch emulators. Ryujinx has been considered legacy for a bit now so I'd like to move away from it.

The Switch Emulation Scene is extremely volatile and projects keep popping up, getting shut down, forked and removed.

There is something happening every month.

Even just some days ago parts of the Citron Team jumped ship to create their own version called Eden:

We are reluctant to add more things into RetroDECK until we can see they survive, it is better to focus on other systems meanwhile.
