When I apply borders for Retroarch games in Retrodeck Configurator that game becomes off-center and does not fit in border,

I believe this bug happens if the resolution is not 1280x800, is that correct? We are considering a fix, but it might need a rewrite of the engine under it, so it will be shipped later than 0.9.1b.

I just noticed when going into the border settings, that it says something about 800x1280. Shouldn't it be the other way around, so 1280x800? Is it maybe that, what's causing the misalignment?
