[ENTRY] Peptide folding pipeline for Near-term Quantum Computing: Coined Szegedy Quantum Walk combined with Variational Quantum Subspace Expansion (VQSE)

Project Description:
A quantum computing based pipeline for peptide folding and energy studies:

Prediction of the torsion angles between amino acids of dipeptides with a coined Szegedy Quantum Walk algorithm.

Finding the ground state and excited state energies by solving the found structure from the quantum walk via VQSE to check for stable and metastable conformational states.
