[ENTRY] Peptide folding pipeline for Near-term Quantum Computing: Coined Szegedy Quantum Walk combined with Variational Quantum Subspace Expansion (VQSE)

Project Description:

A quantum computing based pipeline for peptide folding and energy studies:

  • Prediction of the torsion angles between amino acids of dipeptides with a coined Szegedy Quantum Walk algorithm.

  • Finding the ground state and excited state energies by solving the found structure from the quantum walk via VQSE to check for stable and metastable conformational states.
