Embed docs in UI

I think it would be great if we could have some tooltips pointing to the documentation especially explaining terminology. Imagine you have some help button next to the Project or Feature terms and that a balloon pops up explaining a little more. E.g. https://www.w3schools.com/howto/tryit.asp?filename=tryhow_js_popup

We could use the readthedocs api for this https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/guides/embedding-content.html#inline-help-on-application-website

I know, PRs are welcome 😂 I just think front end devs like @CKGrafico would do it better than me
