Working with cashe

I have a question: When content of trakt_cache.js begins to submit - when vlc is running and online or when it plays some video with it? Before it was made successfully scrobble watched with it (was one movie). But now i try to submit more movies, which i made scrobbled (if believe of content js file) offline. Nothing happens - no one movie, marked in rakt_cache.js as scrobbled, doesn't show in trakt.tv site as a scrobbled. When i play some online, there are red ribbon as scrobbling in progress. TraktForVLC will try to add to history things that should have been scrobbled, first at start of VLC, then every few minutes.
